TechTeam

Technology is a tool to serve people and support God's Kingdom.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Colossians 3:23-24

Our goal is to use technology to create a space where people can fully focus on worship, God's Word, and encountering Him — both in person and online.

Behind this ministry stands a dedicated team of people who do more than operate equipment — they serve with heart, time, and their gifts. Our team coordinates the entire media department, accompanies different areas of ministry, supports team leaders in their growth, and ensures that our services run in a technically organized, reliable, and high-quality way. Our areas: Projection Team The projection team provides the visual support for our services. The team arrives early and prepares song lyrics, Bible verses, and the service order together with the worship team. Everything must be ready before the service begins so nothing distracts from what matters most. Livestream Team This team makes it possible for people to join the service online. We set up cameras, connect the equipment, and start recording and broadcasting. During the service we coordinate camera angles, monitor stream quality, and ensure a stable broadcast. Audio Team Good sound is an important part of the atmosphere in a service. The audio team is responsible for the sound in the room, video recording, and the livestream. Preparation begins before the service with setup, soundcheck, and supporting the worship team during rehearsal. During the service the team ensures optimal sound quality — both at the mixing board and in the room. Stage Team This team prepares the stage technically. This includes connecting instruments, laying cables, technical checks, and supporting the worship team with any technical questions or unexpected challenges. This ministry often works in the background, but it is an essential part of every service. Join the Team If you enjoy serving, are interested in technology, audio, video, or media, or are simply ready to learn something new — you are warmly welcome. You don't need to know everything already. What matters most is a serving heart, a willingness to learn, and the desire to do something together for God's Kingdom.
